Our Psychologist

Meet Bhakti Mehta

“What makes us who we are?” For Bhakti, that question became the beginning of her journey into psychology.

In sessions, the aim isn’t to tell you how you should feel or to “fix” you. It is to understand what you’re going through, look at what may be keeping you stuck and explore possible next steps together.

Four chapters · about 30 seconds

Not sure how to begin?

You can borrow a first sentence. There is no perfect way to explain yourself.

"I've been holding a lot in, and I'm not sure where to start."

You can take the first step at your own pace.

If you'd like to meet Bhakti, the appointment enquiry takes just a couple of minutes.
